Yes, mail can be delivered to the park no more than 7 days prior to arrival. For seasonal guests mail can be delivered to your site. Please check with local USPS for details.
Reservations may be cancelled up to 30* days prior to arrival, refunds will be subject to a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations 14-29 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of 50%.
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival no refunds, no exceptions.
* Passport America cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
